Memorial gifts honour a departed loved one or friend, while also supporting the work of the Hospital. Memorial gifts are accepted at funeral homes throughout Bruce and Grey Counties, or at our Foundation office. You may also print and send us this form.

At your request, a card is promptly sent to the family of the deceased to inform them of your kindness. The amount of your gift is not mentioned.

Pay Tribute or Give In Celebration of a Special Occasion

Give a gift in honour or a special person. Acknowledge and give in thanks for the wonderful care you or a loved one received at the Chesley Hospital.

A wonderful, practical way to celebrate births and birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, retirements or any special occasions.

You will receive a charitable receipt for your donation and a personalized card will be sent to the person or group you have honoured to let them know about your thoughtfulness. The amount of your gift is not mentioned.
